1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (within India): ₹80 flat rate
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹2,000
Express Shipping (1–2 days): ₹200 (available only in select pin codes)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other locations: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link to track your package.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at [your support email or number]. We will coordinate with the courier service and assist you with a resolution.

7. Damaged Packaging

If you receive a product with damaged packaging, please take photos and notify us immediately. We will help with replacements or returns as per our return policy
